QTREE-SDMX Smart Data Multiplexer

The QTREE-SDMX multiplexers is a muti-channel data transmitter from Mitutoyo or Mahr gauges to computer. The transmitter converts data from the DIGIMATIC interface into the USB interface. Application programs work with embedded character data through the serial port interface (COM port). The transformation of USB to COM is performed by the operating system. Output data formats and commands for communication are compatible with Mitutoyo multiplexers. For this reason, multiplexers are not solely dependent on QTREE application programs and work with application programs from various independent software providers.

QTREE-SDMX4/8-TE - Terminal for controlling control workplaces without a PC

Unique solution!

The terminal is designed to operate Mitutoyo and Mahr gauges at control workplaces without a computer. It is therefore equipped with an easy to read, backlit, monochrome, graphic display; cross controller and programs for controlling measurements. Controlled products and their control plans are stored in the device. The operator can see at any time what product is being controlled, what parameter is being measured, what the tolerance limits are and what the meter should use. The operator can continuously check whether the measured value is within the tolerance limits or repeat the measurement. The navigation table is displayed for orientation and navigation in the measured values of the control sampling parameters and samples. Once all the required measurements have been completed, the complete checklist is sent via the Bluetooth interface to the PC or stored in the internal memory of the device for later use.

QTREE-SDMX Terminal Manager software is available for the easy management, configuration, and visualization of the measured data. With this application, export records can be exported to CSV (MS Excel) or Q-DAS ASCII Transfer Format. For this reason, QTREE-DUM 4/8-TE does not depend solely on QTREE SPC software. In the words, other application program can be used for data evaluation.

The multiplexer can be used in on of two operating modes - TERMINAL / MULTIPLEXER, whereby in MULTIPLEXER mode it is completely data and command compatible with other QTREE multiplexers or Mitutoyo multiplexers.

The Multiplexer is designed for situations where the distance from the computer is greater than 3 m (this is the maximum length of the USB cable).
